This relationship is really about you and your journey, but just until we meet, here is a glimpse of who I am.
Before anything, you should probably know that I love good food. Like anyone, the more delicious- the better! I never sacrifice taste for health, the two go together in my book. I strongly believe that eating a balanced diet comes from the combination of good habits and behaviors while always listening to and trusting your body's cravings.
I specialize in treating and managing eating disorders and hormonal imbalances such as thyroid disorders, PCOS and diabetes, and provide weight and health counseling through a non-diet approach to nutrition. Above all else, I have always been passionate about teaching anyone and everyone about nutrition and how it is connected to habit formation and emotional well-being.
During counseling, you will learn what to eat, you will learn why you should eat it, and with those two skills, you will be equipped to lead a balanced lifestyle on the permanent path to wellness.
I promise to hold your hand throughout the process and provide around the clock service, since the hardest parts of lifestyle change always happen outside of the office. I will fill the gap between being told what to do and you being able to actually do it. You will become unstoppable and I will be right behind you cheering you on.

WHAT IS A REGISTERED DIETITIAN NUTRITIONIST?
An RDN has received specialized training and license to give you personalized nutrition advice regarding disease or condition management, meal planning, cooking, wellness, and eating behaviors. An RDN has a degree in a health related field, completes a dietetic internship with over 1200 hours of supervised practice, and passes a Board Qualifying Exam from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
